FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT

Fight the good fight of faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses (I Timothy 6:12). In the journey of life, battles are not optional but mandatory. Even at birth, a child must be made to cry. At that point, he fights to overcome the force that wants to keep his lungs closed; so as to  live. Henceforth, various battles begin.  When one becomes born again, the dynamics of the fight changes. He will still fight but this time around it is a good fight. The bible calls it the “Good Fight of Faith”. The fight is a good fight; the weaponry is also a unique one, FAITH. So a believer fights the good fight of faith, this fight is  termed a good fight because the end is determined from the beginning. Victory is guaranteed at the end. It is a fight to be won. Halleluyah! It is like watching a replayed boxing match whose winner you already know. The same way, God is not bothered about what fight ...

THE WISDOM OF GOD.

Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are His. And he changes the times and the seasons: He removes  Kings, and sets up Kings; He gives wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding. (Daniel 2:20-21) This is profound words of Daniel praising God of all possibilities when he was with his friends narrating his experience to interpret and tell king Nebuchadnezzar of the dream he had.  There is a wisdom from God that dethrones and enthrones. When you walk in the wisdom of God, you take your place in destiny; you get blessed by the same circumstances that destroy others; when  men are saying “There is a casting down”, You shall say “There is a lifting up”. The wisdom of God is superior to every other  wisdom.  Five (5) important truths you need to know about the wisdom of God;  1. God is the source of wisdom  2. God is the fountain of wisdom  3. God is the giver of wisdom...

HIS PRESENCE MY TREASURE

Then Moses said to Him, “If your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here”(Exodus 33:15). Hear me and hear me well, it is the hunger for Gods' presence that determines access to satisfaction in life. Moses understood the significance and importance of Gods' presence to the point that he couldn’t  imagine how he can survive a minute without it or take a step void of divine presence.  What's the presence of God? The presence of God refers to the manifestation of his person. It is the presence of God in a Mans' life that makes the difference.  That presence is what distinguishes an unbeliever from a child of God. Exodus 33:16 “…what else will distinguish me and your  people from all the other people on the face of the earth”? What a profound question asked by Moses, to be sure of who he is. God responded him, i will go with you and you will enjoy rest. Beloved, the absence of Gods' presence in a mans' life is the presence of frustration. And in His...

KEEP YOUR SECRET.

Saul replied, “He assured us that the donkeys had been found”. But he did not tell his uncle what Samuel had said about the kingship. (I Samuel 10:16) We live in a generation where many do not understand the 'Power of Secret'. Saul told his uncle about the donkeys that were found, but never disclosed to him the encounter he had with Prophet Samuel and the anointing for kingship.  You see, the world today is full of evil, wickedness, envy and jealousy. If you don’t know how to control your mouth, you may not live long. Samson told Delilah his secret and that led to his  downfall and premature death. Joseph told his brothers the secret conversation and dream God showed him instead of  keeping quiet, which led to a near death experience, imprisonment and all kinds of battles.  My question today is; who  have you been sharing your secret plans, drea...

YOU CAN NOT BE OPPRESSED

In righteousness you shall be established; you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear, and from terror, for it shall not come near you. (Isaiah 54:14) It is your covenant right in Christ to enjoy a life of consistent victory and liberty. To be subjected to any form of bondage, limitation and oppression is not God’s will for you your family and anyone connected to you. Our scriptural text today makes us to understand that you shall be far from oppression. Hallelujah! Is that not good news? God has declared it and as you believe it, your case is settled.  What does it mean to be Oppressed? 1. To experience prolonged or unjust treatment.  2. To be intimidated and not allowed to express or exercise your right.  3. To place an embargo that denies a man the liberty to fulfil  destiny.  Oppression can be spiritual and physical. There are many spiritual forces whose mission is to oppress the destinies of great  stars from shinning in a family or commu...

THE POWER IN YOUR TONGUE

Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. (Proverbs 18:21) Your words decide your fate. If you confess starvation over you life, God will not overrule it because you have what you say. The power of what you say cannot be overemphasized. When the world is speaking its own language, learn to speak from heaven because you are from above and you are above all. When you learn to speak God's word over your situation, you are superimposing what God has said over every contrary situation in your life. When you do this, the lesser power is bound to bow. Beloved, when we make confession of God's promises, it is not a play of words. As you make these confessions, you are speaking life to yourself. And your situation is obligated to change for the better. " Keep saying what you want until the things you see becomes what you are saying". Always remember that the strategy of the devil is to put you under extreme pressure so th...
